MINUS TWO CARGO
DMCA &
IP Policy
Who owns the content on this Site, what’s prohibited, and how to report a copyright or trademark issue the right way.
LAST UPDATED — 18 June 2026 · Applies to minustwocargostore.com and all content published on it.
Overview
Minus Two Cargo takes intellectual property rights seriously. This policy explains what we own, how to report content that infringes our rights (or yours), and how the formal DMCA notice-and-counter-notice process works.
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the applicable intellectual property laws of the jurisdictions we operate in. If you believe any content on minustwocargostore.com infringes a copyright you hold, the process in Section 4 is the right place to start.
Our intellectual property
All original content on this Site belongs to Minus Two Cargo or our licensors. This includes, but is not limited to:
- The Minus Two Cargo name, wordmark, and logo
- All original graphic designs, print artwork, and patterns on our products
- Product photography, lookbook images, and campaign visuals
- Written content, descriptions, and copy throughout the Site
- The Site’s layout, design, and overall trade dress
All rights are reserved. Nothing on this Site grants you any license to use our intellectual property without our prior written permission.
Prohibited use of our content
Without our explicit written permission, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or republish any design, image, or written content from this Site
- Use our name, logo, or product imagery to promote any other business, product, or service
- Create merchandise, prints, or derivative works based on our original designs
- Scrape or aggregate our product images or descriptions for commercial purposes
- Represent our designs, branding, or content as your own original work
- Use our trademarks in any way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with us
Personal, non-commercial use (such as sharing a product page on social media) is generally fine, as long as it doesn’t misrepresent who we are or suggest an official connection that doesn’t exist.
Reporting a DMCA violation
If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, you can submit a formal DMCA takedown notice. To be valid under the DMCA, your notice must include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature (or that of the person authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder)
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- The exact URL(s) on our Site where the allegedly infringing material appears
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
Please note: submitting a false or misleading DMCA notice exposes you to legal liability, including damages, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
Counter-notice procedure
If you believe content was removed from the Site in error (for example, because you hold the rights to it, or because the use qualifies as fair use), you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the content that was removed and the URL where it appeared
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and phone number
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and agreeing to accept service of process from the party who submitted the original notice
Send counter-notices to the same address as DMCA takedown notices (Section 4). On receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant brings a court action in the meantime.
Repeat infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights — ours or others’. A “repeat infringer” is anyone against whom we have received more than one valid, uncontested DMCA notice.
Third-party content
Any product photography, graphics, or other material created by third parties and used on this Site with authorization remains the intellectual property of those third parties, and is used under license or with permission. We make no claim of ownership over content that belongs to others.
If you are a rights holder and believe third-party content on our Site infringes your rights, please follow the DMCA reporting process in Section 4.
Trademark notice
Minus Two Cargo and associated logos are our trademarks or trade dress. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission, except as otherwise permitted by law.
Other trademarks, brand names, and company names appearing on this Site are the property of their respective owners, and any reference to them is for identification purposes only — it does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.
If you believe our Site makes unauthorized use of a trademark you own, contact us at support@minustwocargostore.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the change. Continued use of the Site after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
