Welcome to Minus Two Cargo. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of minustwocargostore.com (the "Site"), and any order you place with us through it.

By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you've read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't continue to use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 17. The version published on this page at the time you visit or order is the version that applies to you.

• "Minus Two Cargo," "we," "us," "our" — the brand operating this Site.
  Store owner — please fill inAdd your registered company name and business address here (e.g. "operated by [Legal Company Name], registered at [Address]"). This is required in most countries for a valid Terms page.
• "You," "your," "Customer" — the person browsing the Site or placing an Order.
• "Products" — the apparel and accessories listed for sale on the Site, including cargo pants, hoodies, t-shirts, tracksuits, jeans, shorts, beanies and gloves.
• "Order" — a request to purchase Products submitted through our checkout.
• "Content" — text, graphics, logos, product photography and other material published on the Site.

You need to be able to form a legally binding contract in your country or region to place an Order — generally this means being 18 or older, or shopping with the consent of a parent or guardian.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away at support@minustwocargostore.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Please provide accurate, current information when creating an account or placing an Order — it's how we make sure your order actually reaches you.

We do our best to describe and photograph every piece accurately, but colors can vary slightly depending on your screen, and small variations in fabric or print placement are normal in apparel and not considered defects.

Prices are shown on the Site in your selected currency and may change at any time without notice; the price charged is the one displayed at checkout when you place your Order. Prices may not include import duties or local taxes for international orders — see Section 6.

Occasionally an item is listed at an incorrect price or goes out of stock between browsing and checkout. If that happens, we'll contact you before charging your card, and you can choose to proceed at the correct price, swap the item, or cancel for a full refund.

We reserve the right to limit quantities per order, refuse an Order, or cancel one already placed — for example where we suspect fraud, reseller activity, or a pricing/stock error.

Placing an Order is an offer to buy the Products in your basket. We'll send you a confirmation email once it's received — this confirms we've got your Order, not that we've accepted it. A contract is formed once we confirm your Products have shipped.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We don't store your full card details — that's handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor. You confirm that any payment method you use is your own or that you're authorized to use it.

If we need to cancel an Order after payment for any of the reasons in Section 4, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Delivery times and costs depend on your destination and shipping method, and are set out in full on our Shipping Policy page. Dates we give are estimates, not guarantees — delays can happen once a parcel leaves our hands (customs, carriers, weather, peak season).

For orders shipped outside our home market, you're responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by your country on arrival. These are set by your local authorities, not by us.

Risk in the Products passes to you once they're delivered to the address you provided at checkout, so please make sure that address is correct.

If something's not right — wrong size, change of mind, item arrived faulty — our Refund and Return policies set out exactly how long you have, what condition items need to be in (unworn, tags attached, original packaging), and how to start the process.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once a returned item has been received and checked. Processing times can vary slightly with your bank or card issuer.

Unless stated otherwise, Minus Two Cargo and/or our licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Site and its Content — including the Minus Two Cargo name, logo, product photography, graphics and page design. All rights are reserved.

You're welcome to browse and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not:

• Republish or resell Content taken from the Site
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy Content from the Site
• Use our name, logo or product imagery to promote another business or product
• Redistribute Content from the Site without our written permission

If you leave a product review, comment, or other content on the Site, you confirm that you have the right to post it, that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights, and that it isn't defamatory, obscene, or unlawful.

Reviews and comments reflect the views of the person who posted them, not Minus Two Cargo. We don't pre-screen user content, but we may remove anything that breaches these Terms or that we consider inappropriate, at our discretion.

By posting content on the Site, you grant Minus Two Cargo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit and display that content in connection with the Site and our marketing.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest or mine data from the Site using automated tools
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or other users' data
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or anything designed to disrupt the Site
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with us
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaches anyone else's rights
• Frame or embed our pages in a way that alters how they're presented, without our written permission

You're welcome to link to our homepage as long as the link isn't deceptive, doesn't falsely suggest we endorse or sponsor you, and fits naturally within the context of your site. Please don't use our logo or other artwork to create that link without a separate trademark license from us.

We may ask you to remove a link to the Site at any time, and ask that you do so promptly if requested.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services we don't control — for example payment providers, shipping carriers, or social platforms. We aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk, and we'd recommend reading their own terms and privacy policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its Content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't promise the Site will be error-free, available without interruption, or always fully up to date.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minus Two Cargo won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or your Order — things like loss of profit, data, or opportunity that aren't a direct, foreseeable result of our error.

Where we are found liable for a direct loss connected to an Order, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that Order. This doesn't affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold Minus Two Cargo, and our team, harmless from any claim or demand — including reasonable legal costs — arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

How we collect, use and protect your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you also agree to that policy.

We may revise these Terms at any time to reflect changes to our business, our products, or the law. The updated version takes effect as soon as it's posted on this page, and applies to any Order placed after that point. We'd encourage you to check back occasionally if you shop with us regularly.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert country / state], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert city / country] — except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your own country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts instead.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable by a court, the rest of the Terms remain in full effect.
